SheetFill PDF

Terms of Use

Last updated: 22 August 2026
Plain-English summary: SheetFill PDF is a one-time, lifetime software licence for a single user. Your documents are processed in your browser. Do not share or resell your product key.

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of SheetFill PDF, including the website, browser-based application, product key and any offline build supplied to licensed customers. By using the product or purchasing a licence, you agree to these Terms.

2. The licence you receive

A paid SheetFill PDF purchase gives one named user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime licence to use the product for lawful personal or business work. The licence is not a subscription and there are no recurring licence fees unless you separately buy another product or service.

Product keys must not be published, sold, shared publicly, sublicensed or used to provide access to unrelated users. Reasonable browser/install activation controls may be applied to reduce key sharing. If a legitimate customer loses access after changing or reinstalling a browser, contact support and we can review/reset activations.

3. What “lifetime” means

“Lifetime licence” means the right to use the purchased SheetFill PDF product without a recurring licence fee for as long as the product is made available under these Terms. It does not mean that the hosted website, every third-party dependency, or compatibility with every future browser or operating system is guaranteed forever.

4. If the hosted website is discontinued

Offline continuity commitment: If we permanently discontinue the hosted SheetFill PDF website, existing paid lifetime-licence customers will be provided with an offline/downloadable version of the core application so they can continue using the core spreadsheet-to-PDF generation functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the offline version before or at shutdown and to provide reasonable instructions for using it.

The offline version may not include online checkout, licence management, future updates, third-party online services or features that technically require an external service. Future operating-system or browser compatibility cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

5. Your files and responsibility for data

SheetFill PDF is designed so PDF templates, spreadsheets and photos used for document generation are processed locally in your browser. You are responsible for having permission to use the files and personal data you process, for checking generated documents before relying on them, and for keeping your own backups.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use SheetFill PDF to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass licence controls, reverse engineer the service for the purpose of defeating access controls, or interfere with the service or other users.

7. Intellectual property

SheetFill PDF, its user interface, branding, code and related materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your licence permits use of the software; it does not transfer ownership of the software or brand.

8. Availability and updates

We may maintain, improve, fix, replace or discontinue parts of the hosted service. We aim to keep the product available and useful, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Updates may change technical requirements or the user interface.

9. No professional advice

SheetFill PDF automates document population. It does not check whether your source data or completed documents are legally, financially, technically or professionally correct. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by incorrect source data, failure to review generated documents, or loss arising from third-party systems outside our reasonable control. For paid use, our aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant SheetFill PDF licence, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. Suspension and termination

We may block a product key or access where we reasonably believe it has been stolen, publicly shared, fraudulently obtained or used in material breach of these Terms. We will try to resolve genuine activation problems with legitimate customers.

12. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
